To Fill & Sign the Waiver:

Click the 2026 Waiver link above

Enter your name and email address, and click start signing.

Go to your email inbox, and find/open the email from
"Fern Long at RabbitSign" <admin@rabbitsign.com> -
Click the blue review & sign button

Click each text box, fill in the information, and click sign.

That's it! You will receive a confirmation email with your signed waiver after submission.
If you are having issues with the e-sign link, print the attached form and fill it out/sign it. Then scan/take photos of it, and email it to us.
