OR Open the attached form and screenshot it, then use the markup tool on your cell phone to sign it. Then, email it to us.

To Fill & Sign the Waiver:
  1. Click the 2026 Waiver link above
  2. Enter your name and email address, and click start signing. 
  3. Go to your email inbox, and find/open the email from
    "Fern Long at RabbitSign" <admin@rabbitsign.com>
  4. Click the blue review & sign button
  5. Click each text box, fill in the information, and click sign.
  6. That's it! You will receive a confirmation email with your signed waiver after submission.
